Ok responders, here it is. Another simple, easy, inexpensive, effective exercise that will increase hip and back strength, increase balance, increase foundational endurance aka. decrease risk of back pain and knee injury. Yes boys and girls, lateral tube walks, seems so easy to just walk back and forth across the room or bay to acchieve all the benefits above but it is just that simple! Keep you knees slightly bent and your torso still. Make sure your feet stay perfectly straight and take small steps…it’s just that easy!
